Waiting on an e-mail?

Joining a team someone invited you to? It is their invitation e-mail that lets you in, not a code from us — ask them to send it again from Settings, People.

If you got as far as a code and it has not arrived, check the junk folder — then start again on this page. A fresh code is sent, and the old one stops working.
